Hotel-Restaurant Le Saint Augustin was built in the former Chapel of the Convent of the Augustinians. We opened our gastronomic restaurant in 2003, and the hotel in August 2010. Some basic elements of the former chapel have been preserved (columns, stone walls), and these are also found in our high-quality, tastefully-furnished bedrooms. The Chef, of Spanish origin, takes great pleasure in preparing refined dishes made with local produce, for the delight of our guests.

"The St. Augustin is conveniently located for a range of visits and excursions, including

• The village and the abbey of Baume les Messieurs (50km),
• The House of Louis Pasteur,
• The Vine museum,
• The waterfall of Les Planches. In Arbois,
• The waterfall of "les hérissons" 

80km away, visit some vineyards and sample the local tipple. Other places to visit include the House of the Laughing Cow in Lons le Saunier (35km) and the he royal saltworks of Arc and Senans, listed UNESCO World Hertitage sites (100km). Sports activities include hiking, mountain biking and horse riding."
